Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. All eligible refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the advance paid.
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the advance paid.
  • Less than 48 hours before check-in or no-show: No refund.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. The personal details you share with us (such as name, contact information, and payment details) are used only for booking, communication, and service purposes. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Hotel Vivek is not liable for loss or damage to valuables.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be chargeable.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of misconduct or violation of hotel policies.
