Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. All eligible refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the advance paid.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the advance paid.
- Less than 48 hours before check-in or no-show: No refund.

- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Hotel Vivek is not liable for loss or damage to valuables.
- Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be chargeable.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of misconduct or violation of hotel policies.
